Ellie Downie is a gymnast. Her success in her early gymnastics career has led her to excel in the health and wellness space. Ellie owns her own Plates studio in Manchester, where she teaches and holds events for leading brands. Alongside this she holds a strong social presence and has worked with brands such as Nak-d and Gymshark. While most people know Ellie from her gymnastics career, she also appeared on our screens in the 2025 series of SAS Who Dares Win. In 2024, Ellie was awarded an MBE for her services to gymnasts and the gymnastic sport and is also an ambassador for the British Heart Foundation.
